Description
Camilla and Cassilda are characters in Robert W. Chambers’ fictional play “The King in Yellow” (read all about this fascinating book on Wikipedia or better still: read the actual book!). Because the theme is a play I set up this assemblage as a fold-out stage, complete with removable figures for Camilla, Cassilda and the Stranger. Dim Carcosa can be seen drowning in sand in the rear of the box.
