Made for the “Present 2025” exhibition – which had a “points of light” theme – I made this collage-in-a-box. Using engravings from a number of editions of “peoples of the world” magazine (all around the 1890’s).
Lights are provided by a cheap string of 20 LED christmas lights. The suspended mirror’s reflective layer is partially replaced with gold leaf.
